The Head Partnership Solicitors LLP has today announced a new chapter in the firm’s history with the strategic appointment of 5 new partners. Rachel Gaylor, Gavin Henshaw, Stuart Mullins, Owen Reynolds and Susan Robertson have been appointed from within the practice and started their new roles this month. The appointments represent significant growth right across the firm, and the new partners become part owners of the business, with responsibility to ensure the delivery of excellent client service.
Maintaining its high quality service, the Head Partnership Solicitors are going from strength to strength. Based in Reading and Henley, the firm has become known for its innovation and positive approach to business and client service. The practice now runs a Business Development Programme that operates as an in-house business school giving employees specialist management training and increased opportunities while working at the firm. Having completed the syllabus, the new partners represent the ongoing success of the Business Development Programme which trains and equips its staff to take on key senior and ownership roles in the business.
“Making sure we handle our clients to an excellent standard is what we are all focussed on. As a business, we also believe that if we treat our staff well, in turn our clients receive a higher level of service,” explains Malcolm Head, a Senior Partner. “We are constantly encouraging our staff to find new ways of improving everything we do. The Business Development Programme and the video newsletters are good examples of this and we hope that it encourages staff and interests clients.”
