For the second year running, the weather again was very kind on Saturday 13th June 2009, helping all who attended the Woodley Carnival, including the Head Partnership Solicitors, to have a great and fun day.
Richard Rodway, Stuart Mullins, Susan Robertson, Melissa Reeds and Frances Markham ran the THP stall, providing free face painting for the kids, a free prize draw for the grown-ups, and handing out free beach balls and bags-for-life. Everyone seemed to have a great day and the firm is grateful to those who took the time to visit the stall, which was also raising money for the Sue Ryder Nettlebed Hospice appeal in the process, and those organisatons who were kind enough to donate prizes for the free prize draw. Elsewhere meanwhile, Alexis Lane and Amber Turner were busy raising money for the same charity at the Reading Cricket Club through a raffle. A brief spell of rain in the evening did not dampen spirits as festivities continued long into the night.
