Richard Rodway

Richard Rodway is the Partner in charge of the Family Team.  He joined the firm in 2000 upon qualification as a solicitor and became a Partner in the firm in 2003.  Richard is a member of Resolution, the Law Society’s Family Panel, and a Collaborative Lawyer

He specialises in issues arising from separation, whether married or non-married couples, and Civil Partners, with a particular emphasis upon financial issues arising from the same.  He also handles cases involved contested Wills and claims against estates upon death.

Richard is committed to the firm’s wider role in the community.  He is a trustee and chair of two local charities, and has forged close links with other local groups, schools and charities.

Richard lives locally with his wife Claire and their two young sons.  He is a keen follower of most sports (and the fortunes of Tottenham Hotspur in particular) and is part of the coaching team of his eldest son’s U8s Woodley Wanderers football side.
