Personal affairs

Making a Will, signing a Power of Attorney or dealing with a bereavement is difficult, distressing and daunting. As a start just make an appointment – we offer free initial discussions, we will help you take the first step and then guide and advise you. We won’t leave you isolated or operating by yourself online like some providers of legal services.  We will give you support and reassurance in order to deal with difficult things.

How we can help you

  • Provide information and options at your initial free consultation
  • Guarantee timescales for production of documentation, such as Wills, Powers of Attorney, Trusts and Probate
  • Review your Will free of charge once a year
  • Full managed Probate service or DIY support at levels we mutually agree
  • Store your Original Will and Power of Attorney free of charge
  • Register your Will with certainty, a national Will database which doesn’t hold your Will, but registers where it is held, using a unique reference number
