Grievances and disciplinaries
There can be times where issues, which are a concern for either you or your employer, arise at work. And sometimes these need more than an informal chat to resolve.
In this instance you may need to raise a formal grievance. We have a wealth of experience in advising on the grounds to raise a grievance and drafting grievance letters. We will advise you on the steps to take and how to deal with the grievance meeting; what you can do should your grievance not be upheld; and whether you have reason to resign and bring a claim for constructive dismissal.
On the other hand, you may face disciplinary action by your employer, which could include being issued with a performance improvement plan. We can assist you in understanding the process involved and the steps you need to take in preparing for the disciplinary meeting, we can advise you on your rights, and can provide a guiding hand throughout. In the event of disciplinary action being taken, we will advise you on your right to appeal and assist you in preparing your appeal.
